Who AM I

My name is Nina Josie Marquez, Born on September 13 year when the Filipino people is fighting for the their freedom under the dictatorship. My family use to call me by my nickname of Kleng-kleng which only few close friends and relative knows it. Grown up to be a matured individual who values family virtues. 

I was raise by my ever supportive parents. My Mom is Estela Nositera Marquez a retired public school teacher who was able to finish hers college degree by the help of his relatives and siblings. My Father is Virgilio Epino Marquez, a son of a farmer who was able to finish is High school years self-supporting and tired to pursue a college diploma but since financially he was not capable off he decided to stop studying and help my grandfather taking care of the farm and helping his younger sister to finish her study as a teacher. Though, Tatay was not able to finish is study but the ambition that he want to change his life and the life of his kids, his able to give him the change to step up, and his able to put up his own business  BOOKKEEPING SERVICES.

With their love for each other and the dedication for us they were able to raise us the way they want us to be. My older sister Ma Eunice Marquez who got a degree of Business Administration major in Management and  now after working so hard in a corporate world she has already her own business and she takes care of our Mother.  Paul Clifford Marquez is the middle, graduated with the degree in Philosophy and has already his own family, his working in the land of Arabs and trying to give his family a good future. And last was me and I graduated with the degree of Business Administration major in Marketing and still trying to earn more achievements.

At a young age I was raise knowing how hard life is it. I know that I was so envy with my siblings at that time because they had everything when they were little and they are achiever during those time, and because of this envy I’ am eager to achieved more to excel on my own endeavor because I don’t want to be left out.  I want also to let my parents feel that I’ am also an achiever.

With that I was able to get a good paying job at the age of 21, first job in competitive industry, having a hard time copping up with the changes in the environment that I just step in before. But because I want to pursue my dreams of returning the favors that our parent gave us since we were little I did pursued believing and achieving,  and at the age of 23 I got what I’ve want . I was able to step up on another ladder.  I know even if my father is no longer around he is proud of my achievement. The fruit of their labor had shown on our achievements in life and up until now I’ am still hoping to achieved more.

All of this has been taken into consideration on how our parents molds us to be a independent individual who knows how to take care of our own selves that when that time comes we know how to stand up with our own foot.  Right now I may say that with this attributes that our parent thought us, It help us achieved more.

 And definitely we will achieve more……
